Shipping Information

ANAYA FASHION offers various shipping methods to ensure timely delivery of your products, typically taking 3 to 5 days.
Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
Shipping charges may apply based on the product and destination. Specific details will be provided during the checkout process.
You will receive notifications via text message, email, or other communication channels with details about the delivery partner and tracking ID to monitor your order.
One of our team members will call you before sending the parcel. At that time, you can cancel the order.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery. Open packages only after payment.

In case of a payment failure, any debited amount will be automatically reversed by the respective bank within a specified timeframe.

Return & Refund

ANAYA FASHION offers a 7-day return policy only for exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can initiate an exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.
Refunds are not offered. Exchanges are allowed within the return period for eligible reasons.
